The ebooks were compiled using iSiloX. Here are some screenshots showing the settings I used:

Figure 2: This is the list of external documents for the Contents ebook file. The link prefix contains the name of the folder where the HTML source files are located. Notice that only EXTERNAL documents are listed. |

Figure 3: This is a typical link configuration. The link depth will vary, depending on how your HTML source files are structured. Click on the External Documents button to create a list of external documents. |

Figure 4: This is the list of external documents for the Wilford Woodruff manual. Note that Wildord Woodruff is not on the list of external documents. When creating external document lists, only list the other ebooks you want to link to. This list is identical to what is required for most documents linking to the scriptures. |
